download the vagaro app

The vagaro app is free to download and easy to use. You can use it to view your appointment details as well as book future appointments.

appointment reminders

You will receive an appointment confirmation text 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Another text will be sent to you the day prior to your appointment at 9 am with the code for the bathroom at Moss & Stone Hair.

parking

Free street parking available or pay to park parking lot on corner of 19th and Thurman. Please allow an extra 15 min for parking.

when you arrive

The entrance will be unlocked unless your appointment is after 4:30 pm or on the weekend. The door code for entry: #6507  (don’t forget the #)

Moss & Stone is located on the first floor.

Please use the bathroom across the hall to wash your hands before entering the salon.

The entry code and the bathroom code will be sent in your reminder messages as well.

cancellation policy

I respectfully request a notice at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary and LIFE happens, however, when appointments are cancelled with too short of notice, I miss the opportunity to fill the time in my schedule. 

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-show's will result in a fee of half your service, sent by an invoice to your email and will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.
